Nursery Technician
Are you passionate about aquaculture? Come and work in the Nursery at Australias only ocean-grown barramundi farm! You will initially be working on our island, Cone Bay, working a 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off roster, you will then transition to our Broome Aquaculture Park, working a 5 on, 2 off roster. This is a full time, permanent position.
Cone Bay: You will be working on the beautiful island of Cone Bay in the remote coastlines of the Buccaneer Archipelago. Tassal provides accommodation, a gym and all meals on the island, and we provide transport from Broome to the island.
What does your week look like?
Feeding barrabumdi: Perform daily basic tasks involved in Barramundi Nursery, including feed preparation and feeding.
Fish Health Duties : Routine overview and sampling of fish health using basic microscopy and visual
