We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our team members. We are looking for someone who can go above and beyond typical job functions, taking the initiative to streamline processes and alleviate workload pressures from our team.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and organized records, including client files, policy documents, and other important paperwork.
• Team Assistance: Assist team members with various tasks, including preparing presentations and compiling reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office processes and implement efficient solutions to enhance productivity.
• Office Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for both clients and team members.
• Project Coordination: Support project managers with coordination tasks, such as track project timelines, and managing project documentation.
