Office Administrator
Park’s of Hamilton are seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up a position as full-time Office Administrator based in our Blantyre office. This is a role that will be ideally suited to someone with office administration experience.
About The Role
You will work within our friendly and supportive administration team and will learn to operate in accordance with legislation our policies and procedures
What You Will Do
✔ Deal with the team's varied daily workload
✔ Maintain a high consistent quality of work across all employee or third party queries
✔ Communicate in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner
✔ Continually develop your personal skills and knowledge
Your Skills & Experience Will Include
✔ The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word as well as email packages
✔ Have an eye for attention to detail
✔ Be a strong communicator
✔ Good numeracy skills
✔ Be adaptable to varying demands in an office environment
