Office Assistant
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
Receive customers or visitors
Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals
Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public
Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents
Prepare and process vendor delivery receipts, proof of deliveries, and other office documents
Collect information and perform data entry
Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills
Proactive and punctual; Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Windows Operating System
High school diploma or equivalent: further education is a plus
