Part-Time Junior Graphic Designer (Hybrid)
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Associate Creative Managers, Copywriters, and Designers to produce captivating content that resonates with audiences and strengthens their brand presence across various channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging design to drive conversion, transactions, and brand awareness, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work to develop innovative content and designs that align with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Utilize your exceptional visual and design skills to create engaging digital and print materials.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Produce work that directly addresses strategic briefs and contributes to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and open-minded approach, actively seeking and incorporating feedback from team members.
- Stay updated on the latest social media and e-commerce trends, incorporating best practices into your designs.
- Demonstrate a passion for innovation, consistently bringing fresh ideas to the table and contributing to a culture of creativity.
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of both digital and print design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and feedback.
- Prior experience or relevant coursework in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
