We are hiring for a Registered Nurse at our St. Luke's Clinic – Psychiatric Wellness Services team in Nampa.

What You Can Expect From This Role

The care team is made up of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and mental health therapists that are trained to provide compassionate psychiatric and behavioral health care services.We provide a full spectrum of psychiatric services to adults with varying diagnoses, including but not limited to: depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), psychosis, dual diagnosis, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The RN will assist with clinical triage, de-escalation/resolution for crisis calls (common) & walk-in patients (rare), conduct assessments, care coordination with patients and providers, provide peer support to PAS and MAs, perform injections and POCT, and participate in process improvement projects or pilots.

Schedule

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday & Friday required) or
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
Qualifications
  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1 years’ experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in behavioral health clinical setting
  • Experience with clinical triage
  • Ability to be calm and patient during challenging moments
