PR and Communications Assistant
What You Will Do
- Assist in the creation and distribution of accurate and successful press materials such as product focuses, packshot assets, and media kits for clear and accurate global alignment
- Support the team in measuring the impact of influencer partnerships, tracking metrics such as engagement rates and traffic generated from a range of different media channels
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure the timely receipt of reports and help to retrieve key insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Guide the daily tasks of the global PR Intern, assigning responsibilities and deadlines, directly supporting the intern’s mentor and manager and serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day PR-related inquiries
- Help to conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscapes to identify PR opportunities and stay informed about and sharing, relevant developments
- Support in the execution of global and local events and activations, including but not limited to: Runway shows, Press dinners and Press days
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience working as a PR Assistant, Account Coordinator, Executive or by undertaking PR Internships,
- Proven track record in the fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle sectors, either within an in-house or agency environment.
- Demonstrated passion for the COS brand and the broader fashion industry.
- Committed to personal and professional growth within the role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in cultivating relationships, maintaining a high level of professionalism and fostering collaboration.
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail, excelling in administrative tasks.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, due to the high level of cross department collaborations approx. 3-4 days per week in the office will be required.
