The Product Analyst is responsible for partnering cross functionally to prepare and deliver key customer analytics. The Product Analyst will manage large data sets across the MedTech organization and will collaborate with various business partners to improve and expand company databases and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Integrating customer data analytics within the Monarch platform
  • Executing business processes within required timelines with great attention to detail
  • Participating in various special projects, including expansion of analytics capability
  • Identifying opportunities for process refinement and improvement
  • Compiling and submitting database updates via the Jira ticketing system
  • Performing analytics on large data sets and precenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing
  • Displaying high degree of ownership for analytics accuracy and data integrity
  • Partnering with cross functional partners to achieve business objectives
  • Participating in new hire training and peer coaching
Qualifications:Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Required)
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience and at least 1 year in an analytics-based role (Required)
  • Comfortability with ambiguity (Required)
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel (Required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
  • Works well in a cross-functional environment and is effective in building support across a complex set of stakeholders (Required)
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users (Required)
  • Experience working in Healthcare (Preferred)
  • Experience working with the Ethicon portfolio (Required)
  • The ability to travel up to 10% (Required)
  • Full-Time Home Office availability in West Chester, PA (Required)
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
