Manufacturing Support Team Member - (Production Ops Specialist) (Level 3)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide On-the-job training with Structural and Electrical assemblies to include hands on guidance.
  • Maintain daily vigilance to identify deficient structural and electrical assembly processes, procedures, or individual skill set.
  • Assist in all phases of the Manufacturing process, but not limited to, producibility issues, root cause/corrective action, and technical problem solution.
  • Develop new methods and implement existing methods for non-conformance feedback to points of origin.
  • Work to reduce scrap, rework, and repair costs across multiple work locations.
  • Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering and Industrial Engineering as needed to define critical assembly sequence and integrate changes into production schedule.
  • The candidate will be expected to gain a complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, and standards related to aircraft manufacturing and have full knowledge of industry and company practices.
  • Assist and stand in for supervision as needed.
  • This role may be required to support different shifts as business needs dictate.
  • Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
