Fifty & Fifty is seeking a fully remote Project Coordinator for a full-time position!

The Project Coordinator works with the Project Management team to communicate with team members at various levels to accomplish daily tasks, delegate tasks appropriately, monitor progress toward shared and individual projects, develop work schedules for projects and teams, and organize processes and resources to support effective collaboration.

About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join our team on a growth track. No website development or digital marketing experience is required. If you’ve got the aptitude and the attitude, we can teach you the rest. 

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with the Project Management team to

  • Keep a pulse on the project team, identifying pain points and keeping them engaged and happy
  • Keep the team organized throughout the process
  • Take in information, organize it, and ensure everyone involved in the project has the right information (and the same information) whenever and wherever they need it
  • Handle the logistics and communications to keep the rest of the team focused on what they do best
  • Set up and maintain tools for collaboration between the client and the project team
  • Live inside ClickUp and become a ClickUp all-star

With experience and training, you would develop a depth and breadth of knowledge that is different from other contributors. You would grow into a Project Manager role, and ultimately into a Senior Project Manager role. With that growth comes the skills and abilities necessary to 

  • Highlight opportunities and challenges to guide the team through a project
  • Flag potential risks and remove roadblocks
  • Identify problems before they happen
  • Shepherd the design process to make sure the client understands where the project team is in the timeline and the “why” behind the project team’s decisions
  • Understand the problem we are trying to solve for the client and use a programmatic, strategic approach to solve it
  • Be the resident business thinker, juggling both the big picture of the final deliverables as well as the day-to-day logistics
  • Know when and how to bring the right people together
  • Reinforce customer company culture and team morale
Requirements
  • B.A./B.S. or graduate degree
  • 1-2 years experience and true desire to work remotely
  • A passion for making the world a better place
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Persistent positive attitude and poise under pressure
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • High EQ, interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking
