PROCUREMENT PROJECT MANAGER
Position Summary
Provide corporate purchasing activities with trade vendors and overall management direction of design and execution on multiple hospitality renovations and new build projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design team on all FF&E project details developing FF&E matrix, pricing, vendor negotiations and budget development for the client
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, confirm documents, maintain schedules, provide project status reports, and project meeting agendas and minutes for client projects
- Project scheduling and review, inspection, budgeting, change orders and review, issue follow-up and contract management.

Qualifications
- Prefer 5 years experience in hospitality FF&E/OS&E procurement or BA degree in related field (Design, Procurement, Architecture, Project Management)
- Energetic and takes initiative, highly detailed, task completion, strives to exceed expectations
- Experience collaborating with project teams, conflict resolution, customer service, MS Office
