Job Description

This position reports to the UI Assurance and Measures Department within the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Division at the SC Department of Employment and Workforce. Incumbent will monitor the quality of customer interactions through call monitoring, transactional audits, and quality reports. Works directly with multiple departments in the UI Division to obtain requested information, interpret expected standards and policy directives, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of call center experience.

Preferred Qualifications

One (1) year of experience conducting calibration sessions.
