Job Description:
The Executive Assistant role entails providing support to multiple senior investment professionals in Real Estate. The responsibilities include:
- Extensive calendar management including scheduling internal and external appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants
- Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper
- Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests, registering guests in the visitor system
- Completion of detailed corporate expenses including tracking receipts and reimbursements
- Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations
- Maintaining and organizing files
- Ad hoc projects, as relevant
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in working with a mix of senior-level executives and professionals providing outstanding administrative support in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
- Perform duties with confidentiality and integrity
- Experience with coordinating travel arrangements
- An autonomous worker with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to build relationships with key players and management
- Creative thinker
- Familiarity with Concur is preferred
- Extensive familiarity with Microsoft suite
Expected annual base salary range:
$150,000 - $165,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
