Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will have the following attributes:

• Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes including; advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and employee care & support;
• Ability to interpret relevant industrial relations awards;
• Experience using recruitment programs and Microsoft Office;
• High level professional approach and problem solving capability;
• Excellent communications skills both verbally and written;
• The ability to multi task and prioritise based on business needs;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations;
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
• A real Team player.
