Calling all TikTok Obsessed Beauty Addicts! 

We are looking for an outgoing and proactive Social and Digital Marketing Intern, with a keen interest in TikTok and Instagram content creation, to join our global marketing department. You will join us at a very exciting time, just before the launch of a new luxury skincare brand! You will help to develop and implement social media strategy for this brand and the other brands in our beauty portfolio. You will be our go-to person for all the latest social media trends and will be involved in planning and executing fun and exciting social media campaigns. 

From attending and covering fun events to maximising your creativity on producing engaging social media content to working with influencers, this is a rare opportunity to experience working on global brands and gaining mentorship from professionals with decades of experience in the beauty industry sector. We are looking for someone with a passion for beauty that is keen to learn on the job and join in the fun!

Key Responsibilities 

• Creating engaging social media content and calendars for our brands 
• Opportunity to contribute ideas and concepts for social media strategies, NPD and marketing campaigns 
• Competitor analysis and identifying key market trends 
• Co-ordination and execution of PR send-outs and events 

Digital and Social Marketing 

• Work with marketing team to plan and execute digital and social marketing plan across all channels; affiliates, SEO, PPC, paid and organic social, email, SMS, CRM, display and mobile marketing 
• Develop and implement the social and digital media strategy through postings, content creation, copy and community management 
• Influencer and UGC selection, communication, collaboration, and event organisation  
• PR mail outs and assist with PR activations 

 Skills & Requirements 

• 2 years social media and content creation experience  
• Experience with Canva and Adobe packages (Photoshop & InDesign) 
• Marketing/Digital knowledge in the beauty industry is a plus 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Knowledge of the Web, PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook 
• Video editing proficiency
