Location: Primarily Remote (Local travel for events and meetings)

About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team for the summer. This part-time role offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and maintain our presence on various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, and videos, using tools like Photoshop and AI.
- Grow Followers: Implement strategies to increase followers, boost engagement, and expand our online community.
- Engage with Followers: Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in relevant conversations.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.
- Filming and Photography: Capture and edit simple reels and standard photographs to be used in social media posts and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Photoshop and AI tools.
- Experience with filming and editing simple reels and standard photography.
- Strong creative skills and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with followers effectively.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.
Work Environment:
- Remote Work: Primarily work from home, providing flexibility and comfort.
- Local Travel: Occasional local travel for events and office meetings is required.
Compensation:
- $20 per hour
