You will play a key role in the service; using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team, providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism.
You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as
- Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
- Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
- Supporting our people to access the community; including social activites and appointments
- Supporting with personal care.
- Assisting with medication.
- Encouraging and promoting independence
