We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join the recruitment team, to assist in providing a high quality recruitment administration service to ensure safe recruitment of staff to the organisation, supporting fair and consistent practice.

Applicants must be educated to SVQ3 level (or equivalent) or have equivalent experience gained within a similar office environment which is customer focussed. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.

The successful candidate will also have highly developed IT skills and an understanding of the working of a recruitment office as well as an interest in the ethos of fair and effective recruitment. The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy to meet challenging deadlines and priorities is also essential.

SVQ3 (or equivalent) or equivalent experience

Evidence experience gained in a similar customer focussed environment

Demonstrate an understanding of typical problems faced within a recruitment office

Evidence ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
